That is true but that type of arrangement IMHO won't impact the share price. So it will further delay the realization of value here?

Also what would be the motivation for the SOE? Looking for an out? Doing so would seem to indicate some reservation about the project or macro view of the niobium market, which is opposed to my view and others.

It is my understanding that the exclusive is more that a penalty is paid to the SOE if a deal is struck with them prior to the extension as opposed to no one else can kick the tires during that period?
