Yes we need them to be trading. If you look in your account right now you will see that your apex shares have no value so if they were to sell the land why do you think they would split with their shareholders. This is why if they don't get back up and trading very soon we need to all collaborate and have an attorney put a hold on their piece of land and other assets because they volunteered to be delisted without shareholders approval.
