A word of caution to anyone who thinks sending an e-mail to the previous poster does not have pitfalls. Selling your e-mail address is big business.

GCC's merger with ITG/Unigel contains wording in the filings which separates any previous court cases from affecting it's future. Might this person know of the pending good news coming out of the BoD meetings or just likes to stir the pot to pick up some shares at a cheaper price? I doubt that anyone who has kept shares in this company, for such a long period of time, will take this posters words seriously.
