Nothing has changed in the long term, I believe that at some point this property becomes an active mine.

What I am less sure off is whether the SOE will be our JV partner and whether it will happen by end of Feb.

In the fall I was confident that we would close as it appeared to me Scott was as well. I believe he also was surprised when end of October the deal went from closing to a 4 month extension,

Now the processing work the SOE is undertaking is very useful, especially because the cost of SRSR doing the work would be very large (low millions of $) as they would have to build the infrastructure. So if Scott got this as part of the extension so either way there was a benefit that of course is a good thing.

My confidence is not as high as I don't really understand why it didn't close in October and what the next 4 months allowed that wasn't available in October. What is the criteria that needs to be met to close? So I am more skeptical as a lot of things don't make sense or are unknown at this point.

Time will tell. I am all in and expecting a positive outcome eventually and no better time then now but I am also concerned that there is little urgency on the JV partner side and further delays could happen.

The lack of any market interest also reinforces that as both other times the deal didn't work volume remained low as did the stock price.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy here but am not 100% sure the payoff is immediate.
