They had Judge Napolitano on covering a story about the legislation in NJ and CA being the same but the Federal Government taking different stances in a similar case. The case: NJ- Licensed marijuana distributor openly sells medical marijuana from his rented home and everyone knows and its ok. CA- Same thing except the landlord is trying to evict and the fed wants to sieze the property from the landlord.
