Mr McLaren, you read this board obviously... Can u tell us what u did with all the money u received from shareholders, possibly 800k in 2012, and millions over the last 10 years?

why are u $20 million in debt?
Why was only 500k spent on R and D?

Why do u have almost no sales in 10 years?
