Why won't EPGL be nice and retire most of their 4.5 Billion restricted shares they have in their pocket? Let's say they burn 3 Billion shares leaving them with 1.5 Billion and more than eneough to keep them over the hump. PPS would naturally be .10 for starters. $1.00 wouldn't be far out of reach there after.
