IMO, that is simply not true. The current state of the company has not been proven to be any different than at any other point in the history of the company.

The only way Bergamo will ever be reincarnated is with the resurrection of even the tiniest bit of credibility of the CEO. Calling mail slots "suites" and calling mail drops in Singapore an "Office" tells me that honesty and credibility are not going to be coming to a theater near us very soon.

I honestly believe that this promotion is purely for the benefit of those that have purchased private placements and are about to have those restricted shares released. Chances are that hh does not really care at all what is said on his or the company's behalf as long as it does not end him up in court...AGAIN.
