Green Mountain Development Corp (Pinksheet: GMND), announced today that the company is targeting the transfer of its proprietary Bi-Agra™ manufacturing technology to C. Trade-BARD, Inc. (CTB) in December so that manufacturing can commence in January 2013. CTB plans to manufacture the products in its Pennsylvania facility, develop an international marketing strategy and distribute the products in multiple countries.  Transferring the Bi-Agra™ technology to CTB in December will trigger revenue recognition of the manufacturing license fees to be reported for the first quarter of fiscal 2013
