I received the following reply from MJNA to my previous email:

Thank you for contacting Medical Marijuana, Inc,. Upon reviewing your inquiry, we understand and appreciate the stance you have towards our company. We are greatly appreciative of your support. In accordance with your thoughts, we understand the importance of keeping our shareholders updated as we try to keep the company updates frequent and current. However, we do emphasize the idea of sharing accomplished work with our shareholders, as opposed to discussing future plans at this time. This does not mean that we would not embrace a new approach to keeping our investors informed on future developments. With that said, we will be releasing some company news in the imminent future, which will help clarify some of the uneasiness you may be experiencing. We hope this has been helpful, and again, thank you for your continued support. We hope you have a great day.

All the Best,

My original email to them:

I hope you will be updating shareholders with some press releases very soon. Michael was good about communicating with the shareholder community, but Ted is nearly silent other than the interview he did with Stuart recently. That interview was very short on specifics. We need to hear more about the $15M line of credit and how it is being put to use, updates on the audit/up-listing progress, and the Dixie expansion that was previously proclaimed to happen by the end of 2012.

I respect the fact that you prefer to talk about the things you have done as opposed to the things you plan to do. All the same, you could do a little better giving us progress reports so we know things are on track and to fend off all the negative claims that so many people are posting on the message boards. In the absence of news, they have done well to instill fear into many investors.

I know that all things surrounding hemp and cannabis are complicated as emerging and changing regulations need to be navigated. I have been a shareholder since early 2009 and strongly believe that the company is destined to lead the market. I am just asking that you consider a more comprehensive PR campaign to keep the investor community in the loop.

Thank you!
