I put a detailed post on Yahoo mb earlier. Bottom line: he has been a big shareholder and I have no doubt that his presence on the board is for one purpose, closing a deal. The big shareholders cannot get out of an illiquid microcap, so they will get a deal done in the next 6 months. Howe Morgan, Terrell all ave big stakes and don't want their capital tied up indefinitely , so this will happen, my guess they will seek 50 million, roughly $2 per share.
