I don't see how this has anything to do with my comments on promoting the stock.
I would be bothered, because I plan to hold for a higher price (although I might sell & buyback a small part of my holdings if I think it's going up too fast and is likely to crash back). A promotion which causes a short-term spike to, say, .007, followed by a drop back to .004, will only delay the eventual rise to over .01, since it will take money away (in promotion costs) from growing the business and/or doing a buyback.
If you're impatient to get to .007, you want a promotion. If you're impatient to get over .015, you don't. Put yourself in the position of the owner of a company. Why would you have any motivation to put the needs of flippers ahead of the long-term needs of the business?
