Joe don't you think the reason you do not see shareholders filing suit, is because of the slime factor of class action suits. There are a few suits that I was involved with in 2000 after internet bubble. And guess what, the lawyers made more on the suits then the shareholders, much more. I think people are getting wise to that fact and they are not pursuing class actions as much. Watch out when Lawyers are trying to help you. The way things are going, I feel the people will be repaid in about 2 years. The commons will be diluted, but relisted. This will allow them to start trading and would probably head up from this point of 30 cents. But I am more optimistic on the preferreds, they will in my opinion get back to full value and their dividends would start up again. I for one am glad that all profits are getting swept towards the billions that are owed. This should get us whole quicker.
