I just went to the New Jersey Court public records. Strangely, the Disbarred by consent/agreement was no longer there but it now shows reinstatement decided on 11/23/2005. Seems rather odd since he was suspended for 6 months in July 2004 that his reinstatement would be decided more than a year later. Someone else had posted it last year & it piqued my curiosity. If someone wants to spend the time they may find it in another site. When my remaining shares disappear with the next R/S, I will no longer be interested in this board. GLTU
