No, which is why I am guessing the stock will gap open tomorrow, a bear raid will take place Wednesday or Thursday and the PR will happen pre-market this Friday, the 10th trading after the prospectus supplement was filed which is the latest they would be able to wait. The same thing happened with THLD. All IMO.
