I had to post this because I just heard this from a collegue in the Port Dover, Ontario area. Qtrax is the 3rd most downloaded site in Portugal.
This story keeps coming back, and I have posted about this before. There are a ton of non-qualified investors (not accredited), that have bought a ton "qtrax" shares from a bunch of Dog and Pony shows they have done up here.
