Thurly I just don't see the FDA the way you do. IMO their first concern is safety. Bavi passes that test with ease! Their second concern is efficacy. Again Bavi passes the test. As far as the FDA "mood"...they are stressing that they are anxious to accelerate approvals of safe drugs for deadly diseases. Second line NSCLC certainly qualifies!
