why?

The threat or notice of Adminstrative action or legal proceedings comes AFTER an investigation is complete...not during or before.

The only thing those statements can be taken to mean is that the SEC has not informed KMAG of anything at this point. Which is pretty typical considering how long these things take to play out.

They won't know what's coming until it comes....or until they ask for a "No Further Action" letter and receive one from the SEC. That plays out in years...not months.

So....again, why would JR risk having the SEC magnifying glass brought to Trio/ALIE?
