I have fought (successfully) for my money before based on false and misleading information and this will be no different!
Shareholders have rights!! TRUST ME!
Here's a simple example; Did Guardian Financial send out (what was it?) 300,000 emails every other week?
Listen I can go and on but, I don't have the patience right now!
I will wait and see how the first quarter plays out! Seems like the Grow Stacker will play a big part in the success.
But from my experience with dilution after dilution and raising capital, the PPS gets to the point of no return and a reverse split follows. And we will get wiped out, UNLESS, no further dilution occurs!
I invested a lot of money based on information that appears to have been misleading. And I will follow the legal process shareholders have. I have done it before and I will do it again!! If anyone would possibly think that an investor has no rights, your mistaken!
I really do not appreciate being disrespected after investing and supporting OPHI for so long! It's about time others stand up and support my (our) concerns. You would think.
Hopefully things will improve and then there will be no need for a reverse split!
Enough is enough!
