It's been a while since I filled up my gas tank, but last I checked there is no fixed price when it comes to fuel.

The NYSE: SAI report gave a revenue estimate. The revenue is mostly fuel sales at NYMEX prices. NYMEX prices change daily.

When oil is at $30 revenue estimates will be a tad different than when oil is at $200.
