No could, it absolutely should, no excuses. Dan has not updated us in far to long for my liking, I really hope that trend changes here soon. As another poster had mentioned not to long ago I do hope Dan finds a way to increase shareholder value via a sale, joint venture, or whatever. Make it happen already.
