I expect CNYC to get moving with the coming of the new year. I know Tony wants his company to prosper, even though he's retired, he's still active. I have heard that they have a number of different offers to go over. They want to pick the ones that help the company the most.

Their holdings are so large, that they could have a half dozen different deals going in a few months. Joint ventures look the best from what I have heard, which isn't a lot. They have answered a lot of my questions but give no details, which is as it should be. I don't want inside information, just an idea of what's going on. They have been very cooperative giving me small portions of information. It's like a puzzle, if you can put it all together, you get an idea of what's going on. Somewhat.
