CPTCQ had it's Bankruptcy Plan CONFIRMED Today...

It's one to keep on Radar tomorrow...Look for it's PR on the PR Newswire website tomorrow morning just a few minutes after 8am EDT...http://www.prnewswire.com/

They settled with Aquavest today, who was the main pain in the buns on this BK...There will be share dilution of about 4.5%

All of the details are still unconfirmed, as posters on the RB Board who were in the Court house just got the info out just minutes before the close...

When I learn more from the Pacer transcripts, I will bring you up to date on the exact terms...

I would expect this stock to go up in the next few days...
