I was in AMBS till yesterday got in @ ..005 many know me here.
Reason I got out.. I see an 8K sometime mon. probably after the close. Once everyone is locked in & holding for the news is when it comes. To uplist to a national xchange is the last thing on the list that Dr. Commissiong wants to accomplish. To do that stock must be over $1.00 for 90 consecutive days. Assuming we go to .50 cents on Tues/Wed. that will not reach his goal. The only way for it to happen & IT WILL is by a Reverse split. 1-5 shares.
With the 1 bil shares approved last month & 750 in company reserves those shares turn into 150 mil @ $1.50-$2.00. The company as stated previously wants to become a big pharma. Dr. J wants to do this as his legacy. B careful after the bell strikes mon-& b4 the opening tues. I will get back in after the news & ride it either way. GL to all. In my honest opinion. Nothing to lose or gain at this point. Seen to many bioteks do this.
