Yes, it's current as of the filings they made to OTC, which you pulled the #'s from. Also confirmed in recent tweets from co. Shares not in float are restricted until July.

IMO, OTCcurrent information tier by Wednesday 1/9 (3-5 bus. days from attorney letter filing), maybe sooner.
