It's gratifying when the SEC shuts down scams. I don't know a thing about about the Swan connection. There's nothing in the SEC filings about it.

You might phone that Jo Hind person (in England ?) and double check. Maybe they can put out a PR disassociating their company from VNDB if that's appropriate.

Also I'm sure VNDB itself would want to know if erroneous info is being circulated to over-inflate their stock. In the long run, that's not good for a business.
