"false and misleading press releases are not a crime"...well, technically true BUT, doesn't mean they're allowed.
Listen, I can sit here and state information from the prior press releases but, you can read them yourself.
But, just a few: What were the stated OPHI sales when the reverse merger was announced? Now, what were the actual? What were the projection of sales in the Guardian Financial newsletters? Were 300,000 e-mail blasts sent every other week?
When and if the time presents itself, I will gather all the informtion.
I am not concerned about the SEC. Why bother them. The process is not difficult. I will not be disrespected by anyone. I do not appreciate the comments stated to me. Especially with the amount of money I invested in this company based on all the PR's.

If the first quarter hold true, then the PPS will appreciate. Asher can be paid off and we'll see a nice recovery. You would think.
