Mutwadadi warned me that JMC approval might be required and said that could be dicey due to Sao Tome politics. But as I read the JDA statement, they are the "be-all and end-all" on this change. I sure hope that's the case and I wish I knew for sure - but it seems pretty solid. I think the JDA would have mentioned that the JMC has to approve. Does the JMC have to sign off on the PSCs and the JOAs at the end of this process?
