I used to believe in UBRG, held through all the pops. If management truly cared about their 'loyal' shareholders then they would find other ways of raising capital than increasing outstanding shares from 1 BILLION to 3 BILLION... Hopefully we see a pop, then I'm gone. I will comeback when management truly starts to care for their shareholders. Sorry. Good-luck to all, I honestly hope this works out one day.
