It appears that the price is being held at this level for someone to accumulate. After the offering and the eoy selling there should not be that many sellers left. A few trading groups have brought decent volume in but the pps does not show an adequate rise. I think we see a nice run or some nice news soon.

The daily fullsto looks top heavy but the week looks like the start of a nice possible run.
