I'm having trouble understanding what Hynix needs to prove to get an unclean hands ruling. They have shown that Rambus was thinking about litigation before the data retention started. Is this enough? And what would be the punishment? It's hard to imagine the patents would be revoked as a result of this action.

I don't believe Hynix proved their case. Cal did buy more RMBS at opening today.
