Didn't say I agree with what he's doing, and YES, it IS manipulation. However, he can evidently, legally, get away with it, and is making bank on it regularly. He's been doing the same thing for months, and I figure he'll do it til this case is sitting up on appeal so you might as well get used to it. It's just a part of the play, like it or not. Some things you just have to accept, and this is one of them, unfortunately.
