The company has a $250,000 Market cap....a Public Traded Shell is normally priced at $1,000,000 (M/C) w/o any assets or operating business. If you wanted to buy a OTCBB shell you are looking at $525,000 and that's not including the Bid price of the stock times the amount of shares in the float =(Market Cap) This company has a operating business with a pretty smart Guy at the helm (Tim) it makes sense too make this deal work, and buy the stock cheap. If not for the Asher Financing deal(NY)that crush this stock, it would be 5 cents(in my opinion)
