Once it breaks support at .13 it will fall like a rock to .10.

No buying and selling higher is happening here.

Shorts/sellers are hammering every attempt to do so.

Wish I was smart enough to understand what it means.

Shorts are smart. They put in a fake bid and allow the buyers to buy at the ask and then drop away the bid.

And repeat it again.
