Simple way to avoid this is to communicate with shareholders. Instead, he chooses to ignore and disregard his fiduciary responsibility. A quick post to the KAT blog or investor update quarterly would put all this bs to rest. Instead he has gone dark for how long? And when he does speak he botches it so badly he seems idiotic. And I am a shareholder.
