If anyone takes the time to look at similar cases, they will see very similar patterns/timelines. And the cases I came up with were absurdly scam-ridden companies -- yet the SEC ultimately approved them. In one case, the very last tweak involved an exchange of letters in which the SEC was forcing the company to back off from claims that they would have hundreds of millions in oil revenues (despite not yet owning any oil properties or having any money to buy them with). It left me wondering why the SEC took so long if they aren't actually doing anything to block the obvious scams.

You wrote in a prior post that you've spoken with IDLM management and think it unlikely they are scam operators. I agree 100% with that assessment. Anyone who thinks that Haddock left his position as Managing Director at Hudson Square to become a penny stock scamster is just not looking at this correctly IMHO. Moreover, I've done a ton of sleuthing about Haddock's background/family. I will not divulge those details here in public, but what I have learned has made me very confident in my investment.

Some mention was made about people who have their entire portfolios in IDLM. I do not think that is remotely prudent. I do, however, have nearly my whole PENNY STOCK PORTFOLIO invested in IDLM. I have done very, very well taking concentrated penny stock positions, and I've pulled a lot of money out of my high-risk, penny portfolio over the years. IDLM has really screwed me up -- I did not see it coming that they would take 18 months to restate their financials, going dark in the process. So, this is in fact taking much longer than I believed, and now we are dealing with the SEC. But sometimes one needs a bit more patience than anticipated. And I am unwavering in my commitment to see this through until I get a very large return. Sometimes I don't post so much anymore -- I definitely am not going to be among those drama queens agonizing over each 1000 share paint job. But I still have all my shares and I will not sell them cheaply.

There is a tide in the affairs of men.
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat,
And we must take the current when it serves,
