One thing missing is a sales department. This is a mom and pop shop. With the CE mark their HAS TO BE a partnership or merger
(maybe even a buyout). It is written on the criteria for the CE certification requirements. A company with a larger sales force should see an increase in sales. Also, the sales increase along with limited increase in operation cost should create bigger bottom line. Would we like more info, yes, but educate us with it. If there is nothing to say? Well then? They have kept us posted when needed and kept the details close to them. No fluff. Just facts.
