rickybull...share structure, final debt elimination.....

At 73Mil outstanding and only about 20Mil supposedly in the float, this is a tight structure. Would be interesting to see if PPS does go back to the 52 week high of $0.18. Any thoughts here peeps?

The fully-diluted share structure is probably quite a bit higher than 73M, depending on what the terms of the preferred shares are. I have a position in VSUT for the reasons stated in the post below.

I am semi-expecting to see an 8-k and/or press release sometime in the next week or two, announcing the elimination of that final Asher floorless convertible. The stock has responded fairly well since the retirement of 3 out of the 4 floorless convertibles, and I think there might be another push higher once investors see that Asher is completely gone.
