Somebody gave an explanation of 3000+ beneficial shareholders turning into only 372 shareholders of record because some shareholders have multiple accounts.
Real explanation? "Somethin don't smell right Lois."

With the explanation I was given, it would make more sense that 3000+ shareholders = 372 benefical shareholders because not all 3000+ shareholders would be represented by a beneficial owner.
Many shareholders would represent themselves so there wouldn't be a "beneficial owner" by their definition of a beneficial owner.

At the same time though, we have some saying that the "pending patents are easily found, call the CEO", while another says "pending patents aren't available to the public." Go figure.

Either way, a link directly to the pending patents has NEVER been given.(like the link I provided showing A Series preferred shares have 2M votes each)

The only links given to "prove" the pending patents have been to PRs, statements by Chad in emails, phone calls, the company website and of course the message board posts that "confirm" the pending patents. "Somethin don't smell right Lois."
