It's obvious you cannot (I believe on intentionally) distinguish the forest from the trees.

Fact: Baxa's reputation is impeccable.

Fact: Baxa instantaneously provides CDEX with numerous distribution points and thousands of potential customers already using Baxa products. CDEX replace 2 or 3 man salesmen with a wide ranging and far reaching sales force.

Fact: The Agreement calls for revenues from Baxa pursuant to a schedule and manner agreed to by the parties. CDEX gets the revenues upfront and now Baxa is the reseller. That's a whole lot better than having to deal with the ultimate purchaser and makes perfect business sense. It would be nice to know the terms but that is not essential to understanding the general nature of the relationship and benefit to CDEX.

Fact: The Baxa -CDEX Agreement clearly brings further validation to ValiMed and CDEX technology. Now be honest---do you think that Baxa would dump money into CDEX and follow that up with a distribution agreement if CDEX didn't have the real McCoy or were "CROOKS" as you so maliciously state.

Fact: Baxa will be rolling out ValiMed for the scientific and investing world to see at the upcoming Vegas show for your information.

Fact: You are a complete joke.
