Actually, I DID find quite a few examples of companies in the exact same boat. They registered under 1933 act. Then they went dark. And then they re-registered under the 1934 act. What I was unable to find was a case in which they had done it faster than the time it has taken IDLM.

I did a fair amount of searching to find these cases. If Mikey actually has some examples to share of companies that have gotten this done faster, then I either overlooked them or they are from a long time ago. But he is correct that we shouldn't rely on him to do our DD for us.
