New Year and PWEI website still down...

Is anyone other than myself questioning why this "legit company" seems to no longer exist? Has anyone else reported them to the SEC? If we honest, hard-working, investors don't complain about scammers like Russell Kidder he will only pop up again in about a year or two with another pump and dump scam...where's the legality in that...? How many are left holding on this latest scam, PWEI?
