shaka-zula, $4.6 million to Magna Group alone @ .02 is 230 million shares;

Except Magna Group get their shares at a 25% discount to market. CERP will be subpenny way faster that I expected and 495 million A/S is nowhere near enough stock to cover issuance obligations at current share price.
