Then why doesn't he take $10,000 of that 88 million and perform an audit? If he could prove 50+ cents earnings per share, the share price would go to 2 bucks. That would be rewarding the shareholders, wouldn't it?
Well, why doesn't he do it? And don't get me any noise about NDAs. The same information already disclosed in the compilation would simply be recorded in the audit. The only difference? An audit would be believed and the market would react.
BUT, there is no money, there is no business, there are no revenues and that is why there won't be any audit.
