It is a realistic figure:

Recent revenue was $1.5 million for Q3

SciFit and nature's science will bring roughly $10 million per annum.

Cenergy generating revenue around $500k per quarter

This brings us to $18 million in revenue per year. If they are able to grow sales beyond that with marketing and more M&A activity, then we will have no trouble topping $20 million in revenue for 2013.
