What I don't understand is why management has gone to all this trouble to have their problems exposed. They must've known that the actual numbers would show that their previously released estimates were way off. So, why did they go to all the trouble of merging with GEIV and insisting on being a full reporting company? Their actions ensured that their flaws would be brought to light. Wouldn't it have been a lot smarter to stay in pinkland where they could've continued to issue false press releases that would've attracted stupid investors like me? Who would buy their stock now?
