Good post and I can't disagree with you. I hope the pps reflects this catalyst appropriately once the JV is signed. Do you think representatives from Chinese SOEs read these posts as part of their complete DD to see what shareholders are saying about the company?

My opinion is I would not be surprised if they do not read these posts because all they care about and focus there DD is on the property value and the trust they have personally built up with Scott.
