I think Ravicher's article is what is making this pop, once he says hes long a ton of shorts are covering.

Ravicher makes note of a line in a Dec. 21 Google legal filing in which it asks the court presiding over its battle with Vringo to postpone a ruling on the imposition of royalties so as to "give the parties an opportunity to negotiate post-judgment royalties." This leads Ravicher, a patent attorney, to think Google has conceded Vringo deserves royalties on AdWords sales. He also expects Google's request for a postponement to be denied.
