EVERYONE knows that there are no reporting requirements for Insider Trading on the Pink Sheets. Ken Stead can tell you anything he wishes -- and he does. We ALL know the Pink Sheets are risky to play and they provide us with very very little factual info. Guys like Ken Stead can hide their true actions quite nicely - and they do.
