If my assumptions/analysis are correct, absolutely, it can take days -- if not weeks. However, that still does not address our concerns here: (1) it does not explain why Eric projected a EDGAR filing at year's end and didn't submit to MacReport until 12/28 (I'm assuming our CEO understands the Edgar filing workflow.) (2) and perhaps more important, it does not prove HHSE has actually submitted to MacReport.

Anyway, I have my fingers crossed, as Eric has asked.
